Chef Akshay Malhotra

Bitten by the culinary bug, I changed careers from the IT industry to Hospitality. As a Chef I am active in business decisions, social media representations and marketing along with the traditional work that comes with the trade. Love new product development and thrive on challenges, no matter what they are and love to deliver an outstanding product. The Ritz Carlton Experience introduced me to the Soul of hospitality which is in line with our Indian Culture. A number of years in NYC taught me how to survive in tough, cut-throat markets. At ITC, I have honed my Indian cuisine skills along with my Western Cooking Skills and taken them to the next generation of guests. As a Chef I have served varied markets from Exclusive Golf Resorts, The Luxury Collection Hotels and Business Hotels. Spend my spare time as a gardener, painter, book lover and brewer.

“I was studying to become a hardware engineer but midway plans changed. I was doing summer school at Carnegie Mellon in the US and one day while crossing the Pittsburg culinary Institute, I got off and asked the people wearing white (chef) hats and uniform about their profession. I, then, checked which the best culinary institute is. I came to know about the Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park; I went there, gave my interviews and entrance, and got admitted. It was a big jump for me.” Akshay is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, New York.

Chef Akshay consults for major players like Burger King, Mc Donalds, Mc Cains and works with many other small, medium companies as a product development, recipe development consultant. 


Satish Kumar Singh

Experienced Professional with a demonstrated successes in Innovation, R&D, NPD, Packaging Development, Quality Assurance & Food Safety etc. in the Foods, Confectionery, Beverages & Pharmaceuticals. Skilled in Food Engineering, Food Science, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), GMP, and Quality Management. Strong academic credentials including a M. Sc BioSciences, M. Tech in Biochemical Engineering from IIT, Banaras Hindu University and an Entrepreneurship program from IIM, Rohtak.
He has worked in various segments of the food industry and has played a pivotal role in setting up and operating some of the largest, most advanced food factories in India. After almost 30 years of experience in the Food and Beverage business, Mr. Satish now acts as the Chief of Operations for his own consulting startup Ceres Food Labs.

Mr. Sinha is an industry veteran in the food processing space and has a rich and intense background in working with small and large organisations. 
He has a incredible amount of energy and has been a guiding light for our teams journey. He spends most of his time managing a dharamshala in Haridwar and mentoring entrepreneurs.
