- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons tahini
1/4 teaspoon salt
Or skip all this and get
- PlantMade Instant Hummus
- 2-4 tablespoons water/ olive oil
- Carrot sticks, for dipping
Simply mix the PM instant hummus with water , oil or either until you reach the desired consistency. Add a small spoon of the garlic tahina mix, whisk to incorporate and check seasoning. Done.
- In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, and 2 tablespoons of water.
- Process until smooth, adding additional water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve with carrot sticks for dipping.
