• 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Or skip all this and get 
  • PlantMade Instant Hummus
  • 2-4 tablespoons water/ olive oil
  • Carrot sticks, for dipping




  1. Simply mix the PM instant hummus with water , oil or either until you reach the desired consistency. Add a small spoon of the garlic tahina mix, whisk to incorporate and check seasoning. Done.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, and 2 tablespoons of water.
  3. Process until smooth, adding additional water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
  4. Serve with carrot sticks for dipping.
