Ingredients
- Bananas
- Bread
- Vanilla
- Spice mix
- Cinnamon
- PlantMade rice milk powder
How To Prepare
- Put the bananas in a blender along with some PlantMade rice milk powder, spice mix and vanilla. Run the blender to form a homogenous mixture.
- Pour the mixture onto a plate to function as a dish.
- Take a pan and heat it on medium flame. Place a bread slice in the mixture created earlier so that it is coated properly on each side.
- Add some coconut oil to the pan and put the slice on it. Let each side be fried properly until it turns brownish golden in colour.
- Serve it in a plate along with a dollop of maple syrup for added taste.
